    fantastic. I’ve only done it once and it helped so much. I’ve got a sore neck from carrying my handbag on the right shoulder and has put stress on the left shoulder so my head is going to the left. I’ll remember to drink more water. Thanks.

    i have an extreme pain in my arms and my doc says its because of my shoulders and i cannot understand this! i am having this pain and even tough i tried pain killers and other med, this pain is not going out! My doc advised me to do some shoulder exercises but please guide me what to do in this situation!
