One way to improve your neck movement is to apply pain removing massage cream before you start your exercise.My late Father had cervical problem.He lived with it for 40 agonising years.He used INDOBID Tabs as pain killer.May GOD almighty give you relief.Get CT scanning and MRI done,periodically

    i also experienced this.. i found that a naturopathicly focused osteopath, through manipulations and motions assisted me to open my energy and regain motion.
    i wasn’t exploring yoga than, possibly yoga is enough.

    Hi Esther ,
    Having some problems with the pose at 2:37.
    I am a sportsman (rower) and my biceps are quite large, as such i cant bring my hand very close to the shoulder when the arm is bent. When i put my hand behind my neck, they are more like halfway up my head and I can’t roll my neck backwards. Any tips?

    Thanks so much Esther! This really helped a lot, especially the massage. I believe what you say about the water as well because the stiffness occurred when I only drank about 50 oz of water one day whereas I usually have about 100 oz.
